Jeon joined NEA in 2021 as an investor focused on early to growth-stage investments in technology companies improving the quality of life for people, plants, and animals. He is fascinated by tools (software & hardware), design (product & organization), and artificial intelligence. Prior to joining NEA, Jeon was a member of PJT Partners’ M&A advisory unit in New York. Prior to PJT, he spent time at BCG and SoftBank Ventures.

Jeon previously co-founded social calendar platform, Timepie Calendar and served in the Republic of Korea Army, where he specialized in combat support operations. Jeon graduated from the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School and a B.A. in International Studies from the College of Arts and Sciences. Jeon is proudly Korean and was educated in South Korea and the United States.
