Eileen joined NEA in 2021 as an investor focused on enterprise and consumer technology companies. Before joining NEA, Eileen was an investor at Sapphire Ventures focused on growth staged enterprise software. She was involved with Sapphire’s investments in Involve.ai, Tonal, Safegraph, Kong, Cypress, and ActiveTrak. Previously, Eileen was the third member of Culture Amp’s business operations in Australia. Prior to Culture Amp, she was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley’s Global Technology Group in Menlo Park, covering companies across enterprise software, semiconductor, and consumer internet.
Eileen graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics. In her free time, she volunteers for a non-profit called Minds Matter, which prepares low-income high school students for college.
