Darcy joined NEA in 2015 where she is a member of the Talent Team and focuses on partnering with Heads of People and Talent to recruit, hire, and develop talent across the portfolio. Darcy is passionate about bringing forth initiatives that encourage leadership development and education for NEA team members and portfolio companies. She works closely with teammates, search partners, and HR/talent experts to execute beneficial talent-focused programs and events.

Prior to joining NEA, Darcy spent seven years as a technology coordinator at global investment firm, KKR. She began her career working in licensing for two US Major League Sport organizations. Darcy received a B.S. in Advertising and Public Relations from Northern Arizona University. She is currently a member of PeopleTechPartners.
