Ashley is Director of Marketing at NEA; she is responsible for marketing and communications initiatives including event and content strategy, website and social media management, and visual branding. She is also actively engaged with NEA and portfolio company PR efforts, as well as internal communications. Ashley enjoys utilizing her written, creative, and project management skills to enhance programs and experiences for portfolio companies and the NEA team.
Prior to joining NEA in 2011, Ashley spent nearly six years in the retail sector running high-volume stores. She consistently improved annual sales performance while overseeing comprehensive store operations, leading and developing management teams, and advancing brand initiatives.
Ashley earned a B.S. in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly), San Luis Obispo with a concentration in marketing management and a minor in psychology.
